Statistical Report 2008-2009: England
Introduction
The Inspectorate carries out regular data verification checks to help ensure that its statistical information is as up to date, complete and accurate as possible. Therefore, the data contained in this report is the most comprehensive available at the time that the report was produced. It should be noted, however, that the published figures may be subject to later adjustment and interpretation following further data verification and cleansing exercises.
For verification purposes, appeal outcome data by Local Planning Authority (LPA), is published quarterly on the Inspectorate's website (S78 - Table 1.5 and S174 - Table 2.5).
A summary of the Inspectorate's performance against the targets set out in Annexes C and D of their Annual Report for 2008/09 is shown in the table on page 5.
